Two-step automated installation: Since bugOFF! runs flatfile it doesn't need to set up as many things. The auto installer script will guide you through the installation, informing you of what's happening every step of the way. Straightforward approach for the consumer: bugOFF! makes it easy for your customers to report bugs. All they have to do is is click 'Add Bug', type in a title for the bug, describe the bug, and put it into an appropriate category. Organization: Through the fully loaded admin panel, you can set up as many categories for bugs to be posted in as you wish. Simple bug management: We want you to be able to focus on fixing the bugs rather than fuddling around with bug management. Through the admin panel, you can add comments/instructions to bug reports and update their fix status. Total control over who posts in your database: When a consumer posts a bug, their IP address is recorded. If someone abuses the system, through the handy admin panel, you can block their computer's IP address. Template system: We understand that everyone doesn't know how to program php, and now, you don't have to to be able to configure the look and feel of bugOFF!. Via the admin panel, you can edit the template to your liking using HTML. Lifetime support: Again, we want you to focus on fixing the bugs, not struggling with the system's coding.
